Here are my children making one of our family favorites, chicken cutlets. Kevin had a "how to" project in 3rd grade and he knows these steps forward and back. There are never leftovers when this is on the menu!

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has a robust website with helpful resources and information to aide understanding of health and wellness. There are interactive portions, recipe advice, videos, and more. It is certainly worth the visit.
